-4- MR14: Move crusher machinery, extend portal mouth conveyor, and install safety bench on N. side of coal stockpile pad. Approved as a field minor revision on 3/31/89. Revised Figure 2.2-2 was submitted to the bivision within the stipulated time frame. These revision items have been implemented by the operator. MR15: Install extensions to the 30" to 42" diameter bypass culvert outlet ends. Submitted 4/20/89, approved 4/26/89. Revised Figures 2.2-2 and 2.2-3 were provided in the submittal. The operator has implemented this revision. Technical Revisions TR03: Install office/parking lot facility. Submitted 9/6/88, approved 11/4/88. The permit text, figures, and the performance bond amount were revised accordingly. This revision has been implemented by the operator. IV. 57ATUS OF STIPULATIONS Stipulations are listed numerical]y and refer to those present in the April 5, 1988 Mined Land Reclamation Division Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance for the McClane Canyon Mine permit renewal. Stipulations contained in this document consisted of ongoing stipulations and stipulations that were updated and revised from the April 16, 1985 findings document as part of the permit renewal process. It should be noted that an additional "Stipulation No. 1" was attached to the approval for TR03 to secure additional bond monies. This stipulation was subsequently resolved with the submittal of additional bond coverage.
