Computer requirements to nx the DMG documept Imaging CD (or DVD): 1. A program called QuicltView will be capicd to the CD and moat be installed on yow computes in order to ux a DMG imaging CD the fast time. Futum use of this or other imegmg CD's does not require a new iaemllatlon of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase m~u [ be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. Thera needs to be m image viowing application for .tif files on yow computer that will handle single and multi-Page documents. On a Wiruiowa XP computer, the default viewitrg programs ate called "Windows Picmm and Fax Viewer" w "Paint" end they do notwork with QuickView. The hnaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers does work DMG has determined that a program called "LtanVier/', which cm be downloaded from bienView.can, does work with QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs m be configured ea yow default .tif viewer. DMG dose not support w ertdorae this sofiwaze and the licensing and mgiatmtion am the use's responsibility. Theta ate many other prognme that work ae well, such as "Imaging Preview" and'7maging for Windows". Isstrueflons• 1. Inaest the CD into yow computer. 2. Allow time for the CD 1p install. 3. Eject the CD flrom the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. S. You ate ready to view the Pemit Files. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autonm. which trots the QuicltView setup program, Las also been copied to this CD. If the Autumn progmm does NOT work; yon will need to mmuelly install the QuickView program.
