Julie said that this list is
incomplete, as the La Plata county courthouse has not kept track of all the real estate transactions
from patent to present. Julie additionally was unable to locate addresses for some of the property
owners listed at the courthouse.
Rocky Mountain Bank and Trust, the surety for this site, will need to finish detem3ining the surface
ownership and mineral ownership within and adjacent to the old La Plata No. 1 permit boundary, in
order to determine who will receive the written notifications required under Rule 3.03.2(1)
regazding the bank's intention to seek bond release.
Please call me or Harry Ranney if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
~~ ~
Daniel I.
