Curren i permit requires the Mining Operation to restore area to the natural setting.
2. This az i a is not Zoned for an Asphalt Plant.
3. Danger~,of run-off into the Middle Fork of the South Platt River causing irreparable
damage to native fish and wildlife.
4. Safety ,oncerns with the projected increase of trucks entering Highway 9 with its 65 mph
speed 1unit. _ _
5. Increas noise to surrounding homeowners.
i
i
6. Homeowners in the azea bought there for the peaceful serenity and quite beauty, not for
the noise and smell of an Asphalt Plant.
i
Thank you for the opportunity for input, and I would appreciate being kept informed on this
issue.
i ~(~
George Stepariof"~ i 1 Colorado address is second home
3025 Zola Street 446 Pearls Ct
San Diego, Ca 92106 Fairplay, Co.
