DMZ'.. e! ~~_:_ ~:?~r~•;:=~.:.c_ <br />In keeping with Colorado Mined Land Reclamation rules and regulations <br />Rule 1-103(6) 1.63 regarding temporary cessation of production, Cotter <br />Corporation submits the following request. <br />Cotter is requesting an extension of the temporary cessation of pro- <br />duction of the following mines due to the continued adverse uranium market. <br />Mine File No. <br />Letty Jones Mine 77-309 <br />JD-7 Pit 79-94/ <br />Interim surveillance and maintenance will be conducted to keep the <br />JD-7 Pit in operating condition and production will be resumed after <br />market conditions improve.
