I appreciate you <br />contacting me with this information. Sorry it has taken me so long <br />to get back with a follow-up. <br />I contacted the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and requested a copy <br />of their manual for power pole protectors. They informed me that <br />this document is a special order item for each requester. (Phone <br />1-800-EEI-5453, Item # 06-94-33). I have requested a copy of this <br />item but do not know the time frame involved. <br />As you know, I feel Deserado Mine will cooperate and take the <br />measures necessary to retrofit their power poles where needed. I <br />will follow-up with them this month. <br />If you have any questions or know of separate issues, we are always <br />looking for assistance. Thanks again for your help with this <br />matter.
