n- ` JM1 • .. <br />'~.. ~ <br />. <br />6. ROAD-SHOULDER. <br />Specifications show a road shoulder of three (3) feet on either <br />side whereeeded. Site inspection con4irmed compliance. <br />7. DRAINAGE <br />Specificati•ans show a road drainage ditch of 1.5 feet depth and <br />2.0 H 1.0 V sideslopes along the upper length of the road. <br />This ditch was installed as to the design. Three culverts were <br />specified in the design: <br />A) A fifteen (15) inch C.M.P. at station 1 + 65 to allow <br />disturbed area drainage to be sent to Pond K. This <br />culvert wes not installed as of the inspection date, <br />however one eight (8) inch PVC pipe was installed the <br />week following the inspection. <br />B) A fifteen (IS) inch C.M.P. at station 2 + O5. This part <br />of the road has not yet been installed. <br />C) A fifteen (15> inch C.M.P. on the upper road section <br />between the pit and the processing area. This road <br />section has also not been installed. <br />Except for the modification to the <br />station 1 + 65, I certify that the <br />constructed according to the plans <br />state-of-the-art methods have been <br />and the road should remain free of <br />environmental nature. <br />fifteen (IS) inch C.M.P. at <br />Pryor Mine Haul Road has been <br />previously mentioned.
