Your request doe not satisfy the requirements
of Section 3.1.5 (9) regarding this type of activity.
Please provide a signed affidavit certifying that the material from cement plant #2 is clean and inert as defined
in Rule 1.1(20). Explain how the backfilled site wilt result in a post mining configuration that is compatible
with the approved post-mining land use, and provide a general engineering plan stating how the material will be
placed and stabilized in a manner to avoid unacceptable setting and voids.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 866-4922.
Sincerely,
~~~~.~~~
Larry D.
