A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be insmlled on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the fast time. Futuro use of this ~ other imaging CD's does >mt requee a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purohase a~sl be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that will handle single and multipage documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs aro called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they dO not work wilt QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pro-Windowa XP computers does work. DMG has determined that a program called "IrfaaView", which can ba downloaded from IrfsnView.com, does work with QuickView. ASer downloading "hianView", it needs to be conSgured as your defauh .tif views. DMG.does not support or endorse this software and the licensing end registration aro the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work es well, such as "Imaging Previaw+' and "Imaging for Windows". _ , ,_ Insh~actlons- -~~... 1. Inset the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. 5. You are ready to view the Permit Files NOTE: A program called QuickViow Autotuq which tuns the QuickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Aumrun program dace NOT work, you will need to mamrally install the QuickView program. The Perm[t File document images can be viewed In the receptlon area of the DMG office or they can be parchssed on a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purchase cost rnvers the ttme and Tabor of making the CD.
