Basin will ask <br />the down hole video contractor speak to you later this week to explain how he plans to proceed. <br />Since the contractor must visit the site to determine exactly how he will proceed, Basin would <br />like Ron Thompson to bring him to your property to inspect the location. At that time he can <br />explain to you what he intends to do. Please let me know when we can arrange this visit. <br />Basin would like to conduct the actual down hole inspection on September 25. Is that <br />date acceptable? <br />Basin will provide you with a copy of any report or data provided to the State. Basin <br />does not object if you or your representative observe the inspection. <br />However, Basin does object to providing an additional bond for this location because the <br />vent shaft is covered by the existing reclamation bond. <br />Since ly yours <br />Wi am A.
