The <br />material contained site plans, an Environmental Impact Statement, Reports <br />on Noise, Dust, Ground Motion, Blasting, etc. <br />You were asked to return the documents along with any written comments <br />within 15 days. This is now over 2 months ago and my records show that <br />the documents are still in your custody.
