We never even, after 5 % months, received a response from you. Instead, we got fines for protecting our property, and doing your job of maintaining the channel of Bridal Veil Creek. We at Bridal Veil Construction, LLC want to inform you and the USFS that we are a licensed mining gravel pit with the Department of Minerals and Geology and the State of Colorado. We are governed by MSHA -Mine Safety and Health Administration. As per MSHA requirements, no one is allowed at the gravel pit with required safety training, hard hats and steel toed shoes. The Bridal Veil Gravel Pit is strictly a NO TRESPASSING zone, without proper ID, and without meeting MSHA requirements. We will enforce these rules with the Forest Service. Please do not attempt to trespass on our property without permission and required training. Also, the City of Ouray said at the January 9, 2007 meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission that they will enforce the Ouray City Code 6-4-.- -OBSTRUCTION OF FLUMES, CREEKS_OR WATER SOURCES-PROHIBITED. - - - Specifically - Ouray City Code 6-4-J-1 states: It shall be unlawful to obstruct or interfere with the proper operation of ... Bridal Veil Creek ... by placing or allowing any obstruction, including buy not limited to ... rocks trash or other objects within such facilities or otherwise. Outay City Code 6-4-K -ENFORCEMENT Slates: R~~~~'~d It shall be unlawful to violate any provisions of this section. Violation may be punished by fines or jail sentence or both fines and imprisonment.
