URANIUM HOLDINGS CORPORATION'S PURCHASE PRICE PROCEEDS AMONI~ ENERGY FUELS, LTD., ENERGY FUELS EXPLORATION COMPANY AND ENERGY FUELS NUCLEAR, INC. The Official Joint Creditors Committee of CSI Enterprises, Inc. and the Jointl}~ Administered Debtors (the "Committee"), through its attorneys, LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRre, L.L.P., and Energy Fuels, Ltd. ("EFL") and Energy Fuels Exploration Company ("EFEX" and r:ollectively the "Estates"), through their attorneys, Holden & Jessop, P.C., jointly move the Cowt for an order approving the allocation of the purchase price proceeds received from Intemati.onal Uranium Holdings Corporation ("IUHC") in connection with the sale of substantially all of the assets of EFL, EFEX and Energy Fuels Nuclear, Inc. ("EFN' and collectively "Energy Fuels"). In support of this motion, the Committee and Energy Fuels state as follows: 1. EFL, EFEX, along with Oren Lee Benton, CSI Enterprises, Inc., and Nuexco Trading Corporation, filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of the Banlwptcy Code oin February 23, 1995. EFL and EFEX have continued in operation and possession of their businesses as debtors-in- possession pursuant to Sections 1107(a) and 1108 of the Bankruptcy Code. 2. On October 22, 1996, EFL, EFEX, Energy Fuels Haring Joint Venture ("EFMJV") and the Committee filed a joint motion of Energy Fuels and Creditors' Committee for order authorizing sale of substantially all assets of Energy Fuels, Ltd., Energy Fuels Exploration Company, and Energy Fuels Mining Joint Venture, authorizing assumption and assignment: of executory contracts, and authorizing settlement of certain claims (the "Sale Motion").
