("EFN") to stabilize and
protect surface areas of affected land at the referenced mine facility, including spoil piles, so as
to effectively control erosion and the attendant potential for water pollution. This Letter of
confirmation was requested by the Division to provide assurance that possible vanadium content
of waste rock at the site would not contribute to offsite transport of this element.
In compliance with 31-32-116(q) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, EFN
continuously conies out reclamation activities, with reasonable diligence, concurrent with mining
operations to effectively control erosion. 1 can be reached at (303) 899-5634.
Sincere] ~~`~~ ,~
~-- Michelle R.
