THIS MATTER, having come before the court on plaintiffs',
Mined Land Reclamation Board and Mined Land Reclamation Division
of the Department of Natural Resources, State of Colorado's,
Motion for Entry of Default judgment; and
THE COURT, being fully advised in the premises, hereby
grants said motion and enters the following judgment against de-
fendant Western Slope Carbon, Inc. enters the following order:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. The Complaint was served upon the Corporation Com-
