This <br />amount was based on 14 days of violation, from the date of the inspection <br />(September 13th) to the date of the Board issued 'Notice of Violation and <br />Cease and Desist Order' (September 26th), and at $200.00 per day of <br />violation. The Board further determined that none of this penalty amount of <br />$2,800.00 should be waived. <br />As specified by the Board, this amount must be paid within thirty (30) days; <br />i.e. by November 22, 1985.
