Modification Sua enalon or Revocation of Permits B the Division Continued) (1) In the case of termination, the permittee notifies the Divleion of its intent to terminate the permit 90 days prior to the desired date of termination; (11) In the case of termination, the permittee has ceased any and all discharges to state waters and demonstrates to the Division there is na probab311tp of further uncontrolled discharge(s) which may affect waters of the State. (iii) The Environmental Protection Agency has been notified of the proposed modification or termination and does not object in writing within thirty (30) days of receipt of notification; (iv) The Division finds that the permittee has shown reasonable grounds consistent with the Federal and State statutes and regulations for such modification, amendmect or termination; (v) Fee requirements of Section 6.16.0 of State Discharge Permit System Regulations have bees met; and (vi) Requirements of public notice have been met. b. Oil•and Hazardous Substance Liability Nbthing in this permit shall be construed to preclude the institution of any legal action or relieve the permittee from any responsibilities, liabilities, or penalties to which the permittee is or may be subject to under Section 311 (011 and Hazardous Substance Liability) of the Clean Water Act. 7. State Laws Nothing in this permit shall be construed to preclude the institution of any legal action or relieve the permittee from any responsibilities, liabilities, or penalties established pursuant to any applicable State law or regulation under authority granted by Section 510 of the Clean Water Act. 8.
