A.eoortine of Data <br />A.eporting of the data gathered in compliance with Patt I.B.1 shall be <br />on a monthly basis. Monitoring results obtained during the previous <br />e~onth shall be summarized and reported on Division approved discharge <br />monitoring report forms, postmarked no later than the 28th day of the <br />month following the completed month. Four Time Analysis - Discharge Point 001 <br />In order to determine the general quality of water discharged at this <br />facility, the permittee shall monitor the following parameter at the <br />discharge point 001 for a four time analysis during separate calendar <br />quarters. A report of "No Discharge" shall not be counted as the <br />analysis. The monitoring and analysis for the set of data shall be <br />performed at the first instance of discharge when a representative <br />sample of wastewater has occurred. Following analysis, the data shall <br />be submitted to the Permits and Enforcement Section within 45 days of <br />the sampling dace as an attachment to the discharge monitoring report <br />for the month that the sample was collected. Based on these results, <br />the Division will determine if later testing for this parameter is <br />needed as a permit amendment. <br />Parameter Discharge Point Samole Twe <br />Pot. Dis.
