Monitoring results obtained during the previous e~onth shall be summarized and reported on Division approved discharge monitoring report forms, postmarked no later than the 28th day of the month following the completed month. If no discharge occurs during the reporting period, "No Discharge" shall be reported. Four Time Analysis - Discharge Point 001 In order to determine the general quality of water discharged at this facility, the permittee shall monitor the following parameter at the discharge point 001 for a four time analysis during separate calendar quarters. A report of "No Discharge" shall not be counted as the analysis. The monitoring and analysis for the set of data shall be performed at the first instance of discharge when a representative sample of wastewater has occurred. Following analysis, the data shall be submitted to the Permits and Enforcement Section within 45 days of the sampling dace as an attachment to the discharge monitoring report for the month that the sample was collected.
