PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the hearing to consider the iillowance
of attorneys' fees for services rendered and reimbursement: of costs
incurred in connection with the PBGC litigation has been scheduled
for Wednesday, July 13, 1994 at 3:00 p.m. before the Honorable
Judith A. Boulden, United States Bankruptcy Judge, Room 34:L, Frank
