The gravel pit
was operated under a declaratory order as a permit was not needed bepuse the
material was to be used within the boundaries of the development. At the time 1
purchased the property, excess material was left over from the development.
I am requesting an exemption from the requirement of obtaining a recamation
permit according to Rule 1.2, Statute 3432.5-103 (13). I plan to remove the stockpile
as material that is already crushed. Spread topsoil pile which Is already on site over
disturbed area, reseed, and reclaim the affected land to rangeland.
Please place my petition on the agenda for consideration at the Board meeting
to be held August 25 and 26, 1999. Your consideration of this matter would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Anthony A t3lasi, Landowner
38043 c.R.3z.a
Trinidad, CO 81082
(719)845-8775
Attachments: Legal desuiption
Properly map
