The attached letter is intended to review the <br />relevant facts, provide Notice of Intent pursuant to Rule 3.1.5 (9), and reaffirm <br />that the proposed import is consistent and permitted in conjunction with the <br />overall plan for permit M-2001-022. <br />Please let me know if you have any questions about this transmittal.
