To facilitate the
construction process, Powderhorn Properties Company has leased a
small tract of land adjacent to the bridge to G. A. Western, the
bridge Contractor. This small portion of NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section
24, T.105., R.98W., 6PM. is within our overall affected area
boundary but not within any permitted disturbance boundaries.
Being that G. A. Western's use of the site is non-mine related,
Powderhorn will not be permitting their disturbance to the site
in our mining and reclamation permit.
Please let me know if you have any questions concerning this
subject.
Sincerely,
~ ~~ ~
~" Larr M.
