(Golder) is pleased to submit this summary of Phase Nc Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services performed for the Cresson Project during the period of July 11 through July 17, 2004. The weather during this reporting period was clear to cloudy. Approximate daytime low temperatures ranged from 45° F to 54° F, and highs ranged from 66° F to 87° F. Weather observations were made on seven days of this seven-day reporting period. Construction Synopsis Ames Construction Ino. (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthworks contractor for the Phase Nc construction. Ames conducted Phase Nc construction activities on five days of this seven-day reporting period (July 12 through July 16, 2004). Poly-Flex conducted Phase Nc construction activities on six days of this seven-day reporting period (July 12 through July 17, 2004). Phase Nc Ames continued limited Structural Fill (SF) cut to fill and slope re-contouring activities along the Phase Nb /Phase Nc tie-in azea above the LOB. Ames completed construction of the Secondary Underdrain (SU) within Phase Nc along the central section of the VLF, Raven Hill azea. Ames constructed approximately SO lineaz feet of SU and tied into the Phase Nb SU. Ames placed and compacted Soil Liner Fill (SLF) material into the Phase Nc OSA, on the east section of the VLF. SLF material was tested, conditioned, reworked, retested, and maintained prior to SLF Phase IVc 10 June 11-July 17 2004 043-2170
