Inspections
monitored the backfill and grading, topsoil redistribution and seeding
activities. Noxious weed growth is an issue at this site. Drainage control
features are checked with each trip, and should continue to receive thorough
scrutiny. The permanent channels must be checked for excessive erosion, A
small area exemption should be checked to ensure that silt fences, rock check
darn , etc. are functioning properly.
Inspections during 1991 should continue to monitor topsoil replacement depths
on the newly reclaimed areas. Erosion control must also be monitored.
