The cement within the tubing can be <br />displaced and the tubing can be left open for future temperature observations. <br />American Soda will establish a cement plug from the C1BP or cement basket to the <br />surface on the long string 7" casing. <br />The wellheads will be salvaged and modified to allow long term TDR monitoring and to <br />facilitate partial surface reclamation. <br />This letter will serve as American Soda's 45 day notification to the EPA as to our intent to P&A <br />well 20-12.
