I am
filing a citizen'~~ complaint for the inaccuracy on this map.
Basin is required by law to file accurate maps and once
again they hays failed to abide by the law. I am requesting
that a Notice of Violation be issued to Basin and that I be
provided with a copy of same.
Enclosed herein please find a copy of the deposition of
Basin's Engineer, Ronald K. Thompson.
Carol Tremain with Colorado Geological Survey has
advised me that there is a possibility of damage to plants
due to oxygen deprivation in the vicinity of methane
exhausts. Please advise if this condition is applicable to
our site where the vegetation is dying.
I would appreciate your response with regard to my
letter of February 2, 1995.
Very truly yours,
JIM TATUM AND ASSOCIATES
Ann Tatum
AT/ah
cc: OSM, Denver
