Permit No. 77-153 <br />Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit <br />is February 7, 1984. This Annual Report will cover the time period <br />February 8, 1984 through February 7, 1985. Please refer to the <br />Annual Report Map attached for the below mentioned areas. The <br />soils stockpile located on the North South transportation corridor <br />was moved to a new stockpile located on the southeast part of *_he <br />property. This was done to prepare that area for mining during the <br />85/86 season. <br />we will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />questions as outlined in Section 2.41 of the Rules and Regulations. <br />2.41 (1) Mining continued as approved in the Technical Revision <br />dated January 1982. Mining continued in Stage III, no <br />new land was disturbed last year. Approximately 6.12 <br />acres was mined in the 84/85 season.(blue) <br />(2) 6.12 acres +/- have been added to the area of the south <br />lake as approved. (blue) <br />(3) The silting backfill continued on the 3.10 acres +/- in <br />the northwest part of the property (dark blue). 1625 <br />linear feet of below water bank sloping was completed <br />along the south side of Stage I. The above water line <br />sloping will be completed during the next year. (brown) <br />(4) Nearly 250 trees, cottonwoods and honey locust, were <br />transplanted from the nursery near the offices from May <br />thru August, 1984. The area around the trees was mulched <br />with wood chips to retain ground moisture and improve <br />their ctlances of survival. No other revegetation was <br />done. (green; <br />
