The reason for mentioning the ground water data is that we had committed to providing this data as soon as it was available to help the agencies in their evaluation of any affects that may have occurred due to the level increase in well 21-4DX. Also included is a copy of correspondence with the EPA concerning MIT issues with well 20-12 and the plan to P&A this well with a modified P&A plan which incorporates the addition of a TDR ;,able to be used as an enhancement to the Subsidence Monitoring Program. American Soda is requesting the concurrence of the BLM on this modified P&A Plan and the use of the TDR Cable as part of the Subsidence Monitoring Program. I would also like to reference another correspondence enclosed which discusses the proposed corrective actions for wells 20-14, 20-02, 21-15 and 20-11. As indicated in the letter to the EPA, American Soda plans to depressurize and P&A wells 20-14, 20-02 and 21-15 during the first quarter of 2004. This action will prevent any future effects on the dissolution zone associated with the operation of well 21-15 and since 20-14 and 20-02 are in such close proxirnity to well 21-15, there will be no question of any influence by wells 20-14 and 20-02 since they will also be Plugged and Abandoned. Well 20-11 will be further evaluated after these other wells are plugged to determine if it is feasible to bring it back into operation or to P&A it also. We are also in the process of installing a new continuous level probe in monitoring well 21- 4DX which will be connected directly to the DCS System and will give a continuous read out with alarms in the control room so operators can react quickly to any changes that may occur.
