<br />Products ("Industrial Gas"), will be heard by the Honorable <br />Judith A. Boulden, United States Bankruptcy Judge, on Wednesday. <br />September 29. 1993, at. the hour of 3:00 p.m., or as soon <br />thereafter as counsel may be heard, in Judge Boulden's Courtroom <br />located on the third floor of the Federal Courthouse Building <br />located at 350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah. The <br />Motion requests approval of a settlement of the above-captioned <br />adversary proceeding between the parties. CF&I brought this: <br />action against Industrial Gas alleging that certain transfez-s <br />made to it constitute avoidable preferences under 11 U.S.C. § <br />547(b). The parties have agreed to settle the matter with <br />Industrial Gas making a.payment of $29,250.00 and waiving all <br />claims against the Debtors' estates. Copies of the Motion and <br />the related Settlement Agreement may be obtained by request from <br />the undersigned counsel for CF&I. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 523 (b) <br />of the Rules of Practice of the United States Bankruptcy Court <br />for the District of Utah, objections to the Motion must be <br />submitted in writing, filed with the Bankruptcy Court, and :nerved <br />upon the undersigned counsel on or before Tuesday, Septembe:c 21, <br />1993.
