,~ iii iiiiiiiiiiiii iii ~ <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Take notice that Richard E White of 1801 W 2nd, Rifle, Colorado 81650 <br />has applied to the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for nn amend- <br />ment to his 112 mining permit in connection with a sand and gr~ivel op- <br />eration on a portion of Section 17, T6S, R93W, 6th P.Pi., lying north <br />of the Colorado River and south of iJS Hwy 6 & 24. The operation commen- <br />ced in 1981 and i.s scheduled to continue until a proposed completion <br />date of 2001. The proposed future use of the site is recreational, com- <br />mercial, light industrial and residential. <br />Additional information may be obtained from the Mined Land Reclamatio~l <br />Board, 423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman street, Denver, Colorado <br />80203, or from the above named applicant. Objections must be filed with <br />the Mined Land Reclamation Board at their offices no later than 4:00 <br />P.M. of the working day prior to the date the Board will consider the <br />application. <br />
