In the event that Buyers should be required to post a <br />reclamation bond, such bond will revert to Buyers upon <br />satisfactory completion of the reclamation program. <br />2.9. Liability and Liens. Buyers shall keep Buyers <br />indemnified and held harmless from any claims, demands, <br />liabilities or liens arising out of Buyerss mining activities <br />on the' Property. To that end, Buyers shall immediately obtain <br />and ceirry a policy of public liability insurance with limits <br />of fic•e hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) for injury to <br />persons and five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) for <br />injury to property protecting Lessors against any claims or <br />loss from damage to persons or property resulting from Buyers <br />operations. Buyers shall also keep the Property and Sellers <br />free and clear from any and all mechanics or laborers liens <br />arising from labor performed on or material furnished to the <br />Property at Buyers request. Buyers shall post and keep posted <br />on the demised premises such notices as to Sellers <br />non-responsibility for liens or claims against said Property <br />and mining operations. Buyers shall comply and carry applicable <br />worker'.; compensation as per the laws of the State of Colorado. <br />2.:i. Installation of Equipment, Buyers may install,-- <br />maintain, replace and remove during the term of this agreement` <br />any and all mining machinery, equipment, tools and facilities <br />which Buyers may desire to use in connection with Buyers mining <br />activities on the Property.
