As we discussed. [he <br />facility has been removed and [he airshaft opening has been sealed at the surface. This site is <br />part of a currently pending revision (TR-45) to the Golden Eagle permit to modify the post <br />mining land use of the site to Industrial to allow gas extraction activities by the gas estate owner. <br />However, this will not compromise the ultimate reclamation of the site, which will still occur at <br />the conclusion of the gas extraction activities, as required by [he Oil and Gas Conunission. <br />If you have questions or need additional information, please call me. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~~~~~~~ <br />Ken[ A.
