According to the Division's records,
Stonie Barker Jr. was a Director of Kaiser Steel Corporation with
a beginning date of 11/9/88. This information was located in
Colorado Permits C-81-023 and C-81-024, and verified by AVS
Clearinghouse research. Please see enclosed documents for further
clarification.
The termination date of Stonie Barker Jr. as a Director of Kaiser
Steel Resources appears to be as a result of a March 1991
correspondence letter in the Chimney Rock files. In this memo,
Stonie Barker Jr. is no longer listed as a Director of the said
company. In the current permit pages of Colorado Coal Mine #1,
Stonie Barker Jr. is not listed as a Director of Kaiser Steel. It
appears that Mr. Barker was associated with Kaiser Steel
Corporation between 11/9/88 and 3/1/91.
If I can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
lJ!/fl
Erica S.
