The mining plan <br />• approval authorized mining of about 2.3 million tons of Federal <br />coal in 260 acres of Federal leases COC-57632 and COC-57633. <br />Mining operations must be conducted in accordance with both the <br />Colorado State permit and the approved mining plan. I have <br />enclosed a copy of the mining plan approval document. Please <br />read the terms and conditions of the mining plan approval <br />document carefully.
