Control of Access - The general mining area is <br />identified by appropriate signs on all access roads <br />designating it as a mining area and restricting entry to <br />authorized personnel only. The permitted area has signs <br />at all entrances reading "Blasting Areas" and explaining <br />blasting warning and all clear signals. Further, the <br />blasting area described above is posted with signs <br />reading "Blasting Area". In addition to the signs, all <br />access to the immediate area of the shot is controlled <br />by mine personnel prior to a shot. All areas in which <br />charged holes are awaiting firing will be guarded, <br />barricaded and posted or flagged against unauthorized <br />entry. <br />4. Audible Warning Signals - <br />Blasting will be preceded by three (3) long whistles from <br />an air horn on the dragline or shovel. <br />One (1) long steady whistle after the blast shall designate <br />an "a11 clear" condition. <br />ldaretions <br />
