Please be aware that, though there is not presently any problem <br />with the permit, as determined by review of the different topics typical of inspections, this DMO does carry <br />numerous restrictions to the mining and milling operations, which must be complied with. You should review the <br />details of all aspects of the permit's currently-approved plans to ensure that mine development remains in <br />conformance. If continued site development is not carried out according to the approved plans, the result may be <br />a problem or possible violation. Several specific changes may be proposed under one technical revision or <br />amendment. <br />I hope that this letter summarizes adequately the discussions held during the recent meeting, plus offers some <br />additional information you can use to help you understand what types of activities are regulated and allowed by <br />this agency.
