Corley believes that we are paying the Attorney General to pursue the ~ 1 <br />G. E. C, case with proceeds from the bonds. I assured him that was not /U~• <br />true. Will you please check that with Frank. I can't imagine that we <br />are using forfeited bond moneys to pay Frank to sue G.E.C.. <br />~l~ <br />2. Corley says that the Harrison Western section on the GEC property is Uri <br />badly eroding. That needs to be inspected and if it is out of <br />compliance, then Harrison needs to be notified. Possibly NOV's would be <br />issued to Harrison Western. <br />3. I presume that the GEC bond is in an interest bearing account, and ~~ <br />that interest earned can go toward reclamatio not the GEC site. Please <br />affirm with Frank. <br />When you have answers to these questions, let me know and then call <br />Corley. <br />Thanks. FB. <br />
