M-99.034 <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />On June 30, 1949 the Division of Minerals & Geology issued its recommendation for approval of the <br />Regular 112 Application for the Cooley Reservoir & Fulton Wildlife Area, submit[ed by CAMAS <br />Colorado, Inc., over objectors. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the Division's "Rationale for Recommendation for Approval, Over Objectors." <br />A Pre-Hearing Conference is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on July 19, 1999, at the Adams County Planning <br />Offices -Conference Room, located at 4955 E. 74th Avenue, Commerce City, Colorado. The Division <br />will also schedule a hearing before the Colorado Mine Land Reclamation Board at the July 27-28, 1999 <br />monthly Board Meeting for consideration of the 112 application. The Board heating will be held in Room <br />318, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, beginning at 9:00 a. m. each day. <br />As required by Rule 2.7.1 of the Construction Material Rules and Regulations: <br />At the Pre-Hearing Conference, the Pre-Hearing Conference Officer shall cause to be proposed a draft <br />Board Order. The draft Board Order shall provide the following: <br />(a) a list of the panies names, addresses, and phone numbers; <br />(b) a list of issues to be discussed at the Board hearing; <br />(c) an outline of the agenda for the Board hearing and allowed times For presentations, cross-examination <br />by parties and closing statements; <br />(d) a list of each party's wi[nesses; <br />(e) a list of each party's exhibits or documents to be used as evidence. <br />The draft Board Order shall be delivered to all parties to the hearing at least three (3) days prior to the <br />Board Hearin; as provided in Subsection 2:2.1. <br />
