Long Drvrcian D~reaor RE: Division Recommendation, Pre-Hearing Conference and Formal Public Hearing, CAMAS Colorado, Inc., Cooley Reservoir & Fulton Wildlife Area, Permit Yo. M-99.034 To Whom It May Concern: On June 30, 1949 the Division of Minerals & Geology issued its recommendation for approval of the Regular 112 Application for the Cooley Reservoir & Fulton Wildlife Area, submit[ed by CAMAS Colorado, Inc., over objectors. Enclosed is a copy of the Division's "Rationale for Recommendation for Approval, Over Objectors." A Pre-Hearing Conference is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on July 19, 1999, at the Adams County Planning Offices -Conference Room, located at 4955 E. 74th Avenue, Commerce City, Colorado. The Division will also schedule a hearing before the Colorado Mine Land Reclamation Board at the July 27-28, 1999 monthly Board Meeting for consideration of the 112 application. The Board heating will be held in Room 318, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, beginning at 9:00 a. m. each day. As required by Rule 2.7.1 of the Construction Material Rules and Regulations: At the Pre-Hearing Conference, the Pre-Hearing Conference Officer shall cause to be proposed a draft Board Order. The draft Board Order shall provide the following: (a) a list of the panies names, addresses, and phone numbers; (b) a list of issues to be discussed at the Board hearing; (c) an outline of the agenda for the Board hearing and allowed times For presentations, cross-examination by parties and closing statements; (d) a list of each party's wi[nesses; (e) a list of each party's exhibits or documents to be used as evidence. The draft Board Order shall be delivered to all parties to the hearing at least three (3) days prior to the Board Hearin; as provided in Subsection 2:2.1.
