The <br />value of the property after the incident, the most convincing <br />evidence, because I concur with Mr. Hanson that Mr. Marion's <br />valuation, in essence, would.be.a valuation of the property after <br />the incident, and his valuation was $56,000. Accordingly, from <br />that point of view, damages of $14,000 should be allotted. <br />In addition to that, there was a Ioss of trees, and I don't <br />~ think that would be reflected, because some of these trees were <br />planted between the times of the loss and the purchase, and I <br />find that to be $1,000. There were fish lost of a value of <br />$250, and a fence of a value of $300, which makes a total damage <br />of $15,550. <br />It is the judgment of the Court that the judgment <br />enter in favor of the plaintiffs and against the defendant in <br />the amount of $15,550, plus the cost of this action. Does any- <br />body want any further specific findings so you will have a full <br />record in case of an appeal to a higher court? If not,we will <br />enter judgment. <br />Do the parties want anymore than the customary 15 <br />days for Motion for New Trial?
