Monitoring •.valls ~°- <br />H-1, 38-H-2, 38-H-3, and SW-1 through SW-6 were completed over or near the <br />first panel to be subsided (1 W1 S) as part of the subsidence monitoring <br />program. The 1 W1 S panel has been mined out and was sealed in March, <br />1987. <br />Stipulation 33. -This stipulation has been incorporated on revised page 3-53. <br />Stipulation 35. -Section 4.1, Reclamation, of the Sylvester Gulch fan site <br />revision (Volume 10, Appendix 8-8) has been revised to include this stipulation. <br />Stipulation 36. -This stipulation was attached to an earlier drilling program <br />revision and some parts are no longer applicable (e.g. the Solid Minerals <br />Branch of the BLM does not exist). WECC has revised page 2-283 to commit <br />to providing information to the regulatory authority as required. Completion and <br />abandonment procedures often change with the type of drill hole and conditions <br />encountered.
