The berm along the road that is required by A1SHA is primarily <br />built on the colluvium and has shown some move~sent over r.he years. ?iinor <br />raveling of tt~e steep slope requires frequent maintenance of the road. <br />Considering the in[ormation ::[:.ted, the small size of the operation, <br />the slow speeds required on the road and the short life expectnndy of the <br />operation, T certify that to the best of my knowledge and belief this road <br />is stable for its intended use. <br />Larry M.
