Computer requiremenu to use the DMG doeumeat imagittg CD (or DVD): 1. A program called QuickView will be espied to the CD and moat be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD rho first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new inataltadon of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase must be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD wiH contain files with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that will handle single and multi-page dowmrnta. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs ate called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewel' or "Paint" and they do not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that cornea with pre-Windows XP computms does work. DMG has determsned that a program called "IrfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfanYiew.com, does work with tZttickView, Afar downloading "IrfauYiew", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this softwam and the licensing and registration are the user's reaponaibility. Them arc many other programs that work as well, such ae "Imaging Preview" and `Imaging for Windows". Iostruct[oos• 1. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. ReinaeR the CD into the computer. 5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called (juickView Auwrun, which mna the QvrickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Atuorun program does NOT work, you will need fo manually install the QuickView program. Instructions for manually installing QuickView am available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.minin¢.state.co.us. The Permit File document images can be viewed {n the receptloa area of the DMG ofilee or they can be purchased on a CD or DYD. The CDrDVD purchase cost coven the time sad labor of making the CD. DMG cannot provide comouter related suotwrt.
