and to the surrounding wells, including water quality test results, well depth, screened interval, <br />casing size, casing material (PVC, steel etc.), dates of any recent workovers (last 10 years) and <br />the reason for the workovers and the results of the activity, chemical composition of the "boils" <br />lithologic or geologic logs of [he wells, and any other related information. <br />Also, if available, the DMG would like to receive any information, report, study, or written <br />correspondence that Mr. Cooper, or his associates, possess that is relevant to [he DMG's <br />investigation of this potential problem. <br />The DMG agrees that immediate attention should be directed to this problem and that every <br />effort should be made to identify the contaminant and, possibly, the source so the problem can be <br />resolved in short order.
