Berms, ditches and sediment pond <br />work had been completed, as directed by the Division. <br />February 23, 1983 <br />- Completeness letter sent out. <br />- Phone conversation with Eldon Strid. Stressed reclamation <br />feasibility and AVF as adequacy issues. <br />March 1, 1983 <br />- IVUV written for failure to salvage all available topsoil. The <br />NUV was never issued. <br />March 14, 1983 <br />- Meeting with Eldon Strid and Rick Chilton. Uiscussed reclamation <br />feasibility question and access road technical revision. <br />Mrch 28, 1983 <br />- Letter from Rick Chilton. Included haul road designs and access <br />information. <br />March 31, 1983 <br />- Additional topsoil and reclamation plan information, and bonding <br />calculations submitted by Terror Creek. <br />April 7, 1983 <br />- Phone conversation with Eldon Strid. Requested information on <br />water rights and water use projections, and permits and licenses <br />required by Hiyhway Uept., and Bureau of Reclamation for <br />constructing bridge across Fire Mt. canal. Also reminded Eldon <br />that Terror Creek had offered to submit bond as indication of <br />good faith and discussed AVF issues. <br />
