The MG document images can be copied etthor a CD or a DVD. Please check one below and return this form with your payment to DMG. If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called. Please allow up to 5 business days from the receipt of this signed document for your CD or DVD to be available. CD ~ $5.00 per disk `DVD ®520.00 per disk Please check if you want a copy of the QuickView installation instructions. Computer requirements to use the DMG document imaging CD (or DVD): 1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does nos require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purnhasc must be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD ar DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extc-nsion. There needs to be an image viewing application For .tif files on yaw computer that will handle single and multi-page ducuntents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picnrre and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they do not work widt QuickView. The Imaging Viower that comes with pre-Windows XP computers dots work. DMG has determined that a program called "lrfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured es your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other progrants that work as well, such as "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". Instructions: 1. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to instalh 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsen rho CD into the computer. S. You are ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: Aprogram called QuickView Autorun, which runs the QuickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.tnininestate.co.us. The Perini[ File document images caa be viewed in the reception area o[ the DMG office or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purchase cost covers the time and labor of making the CD. DMO cannot provide computer related suonort.
