Some questions have been addressed before <br />with no clear response. <br />Please respond by stating yes, no or partial. We begin <br />at the entry to Coal View Ghost Ranch. <br />1. Will your office be responsible for cattle guard <br />correction to eliminate present hazard? <br />2. Will you be involved with the fence and/or gravel <br />removal, top soiling, etc. next to the railroad tracks from <br />the siding switch to the river? <br />3. 'Rill you see that the office area, weather station <br />area, sub-station area is leveled and top soiled? <br />4. Will the airfield be fully restored to use? <br />5. Will your office he involved in removing the silted <br />area below the shop area? <br />6. Will you see that the area directly across from the <br />gate going to the shop area is reclaimed? Will you take <br />steps to stop the sliding in this areal <br />7. Will you he sure that the area from the pond at the <br />bridge to the south of the shop area is reclaimed in the <br />same manner as the powder storage areal <br />8. Will the slide area below our oil well be reclaimed? <br />Will the area be terraced? <br />9. Will you do anything about removing boulders caused <br />by the building of the haul road? <br />10. Are you responsible for the reclamation of the 4 or <br />5 scraoer loads of rock that was dumped in the old pit up <br />from our steel shed? <br />
