The Division has begun the review process and has some questions regarding <br />the modeling and study reports. Both the Division Staff and Cotter have agreed to a continuance of the scheduled <br />Board Hearing so that the questions and issues can be addressed in more detail. Should the issues be resolved, a <br />formal hearing may not be necessary if the Division agrees and accepts the modeling and study results. However, <br />if both parties disagree, the Board will hear the matter and make the final decision. <br />Therefore, staff has re-scheduled the matter for Formal Public Hearing before the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, for consideration. The hearing will be held in Room 318, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />Colorado, be ig nning at 10:00 a.m. on December 13`h and 14`" commencing at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafrer as <br />the matter can be considered.
