Mr.'Dave Garcia is the, owner of this property, and has expressed,, that~he already has damage from the demo blasting being done from the Lorencito Coal Company. The damage that has occurred so far, according the the owner, is two of the west side windows and the outer walls below them. They in my opinion, are not severe, but still need to be addressed. The windows are cracked with one 11ne going from top to the bottom, and did not shatter. The cracks on the bottom are hairline at this time and appear to be more settlement cracks than from blasting. The owner states that the crack6 appeared about a month ago. The worst crack in the exterior walla is on the east side of the house approximately in the center. This crack is about a :~ inch wide and reaches from the bottom of the foundation to the top of the wall below the rafters. The interior walls in all of the rooms are lathe and plaster, and have minimal cracks from aging. The bedrooms and the bath are in good condition, with the master bedroom having paneling on one of tY:e interior walls and half of the outside wall is covered as well. Tie dose not appear to be any cracks around the windows where there is on the outside, The entry doors have small aging cracks which is normal for the age of the house. 2 found no structural damage to the foundation, even though it is mostly rock, there does not seem to be any related damage to it, other than age. The roof is old but in good repair, with no separations noted on the day of inspection. This completes my evaluatien, if a more detailed mention is needed, please let me know what else you need. '\.
