Gunnison No. 1 Mine. <br />Stipulations 9, 10, and 37, dealing with portal sealing, have been <br />satisfactorily addressed (see memo attached dated April 18, 1982). <br />Stipulation 15, dealing with F-seam monitoring well, in part has been <br />adequately satisfied. <br />Stipulation 17, dealing with design and location of monitoring wells, <br />has been satisfactorily addressed. <br />Stipulation 23, dealing with the addition of arsenic to water quality <br />monitoring, has been satisfactorily addressed. <br />Stipulation 29, dealing with monitoring well below the initial waste <br />rock pile, has been adequately addressed. <br />Stipulation 30, dealing with chemical analyses of the "F" seam, roof, <br />floor, interburden and coal, has been adequately addressed. <br />Stipulation 32, dealing with field survey of spring, has .,been adequately <br />satisfied. <br />RLC:ys <br />cc: E.
