Section Q -Revisions to the Permit <br />This section lists revisions to the permit since the last renewal, May I5, 1996. <br />Minor Revision No. 31 was submitted on submitted on August 26, 1996 and a decision to <br />approve the revision was made on September 10, 1996. This revision addressed the placement of <br />riprap on the inslope of Ponds A, D, and E to provide wave action erosion control and to <br />encourage slope stabilization and vegetation establishment. After the installation was complete <br />Kerr committed to update and submit "as-built" details on the appropriate map to the Division. <br />The "as-built" details could not be located. <br />Minor Revision No. 32 was submitted on January l6, 1997 and a decision to approve was made <br />on January 27, 1997. This revision updated the addresses and deleted an officer for the Kerr <br />Coal Company. <br />Technical Revision No. l7 was submitted to the Division on October 23, 1997. The revision <br />addressed changes in the tipple reclamation plans and a change in the postnrining land use at the <br />tipple. Several issues arose during the review process and Ketr requested two extensions to the <br />decision date. The second extension was granted until May 20, 1998.
